Open Positions:

The Infra Post works with a small, focused team across editorial, research, and digital publishing. Current and rolling opportunities include:

  • Infra News Reporter / Research Writer: Covers roads, railways, ports, airports, energy, and public works using official data, policy documents, and verified sources.

  • Editor & Fact-Checker: Ensures factual accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all articles, headlines, and explainers before publication.

  • Design & Social Media: Designs visual explainers and publishes news content across social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistent presentation.

  • Video & Short-Form Content Editor: Produces short news explainers and visual summaries for digital platforms, working closely with editorial and social teams.

  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to work with official data, government releases, and policy documents
  • Attention to detail and factual accuracy
  • Clear, simple writing for a general audience
  • Interest in infrastructure, public works, and governance

Prior newsroom experience is valued but not mandatory. Subject-matter understanding and research discipline matter more.

  • Editorial independence and integrity are non-negotiable
  • Accuracy takes priority over speed
  • Remote and flexible collaboration where possible
  • Clear attribution and ethical reporting standards
