The Expo will be held from 16 to 20 February alongside the India AI Impact Summit.
Positioned as a national demonstration of artificial intelligence in action, the event is designed as a platform where policy, innovation, and technology converge for practical deployment benefiting citizens.
Spread across 10 arenas covering more than 70,000 square metres, the Expo will bring together global technology firms, startups, academia, research institutions, Union Ministries, State Governments, and international partners.
The event will feature 13 country pavilions representing Australia, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and Africa, highlighting international collaboration within the AI ecosystem.
More than 300 curated exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations will be organised under three thematic chakras – People, Planet, and Progress. The Expo will also showcase over 600 high-potential startups, many building globally relevant and population-scale solutions, with several demonstrating technologies already deployed in real-world settings.
The programme is expected to attract over 2.5 lakh visitors, including international delegates, and aims to foster partnerships while creating business opportunities across the global AI landscape.
Over 500 sessions are scheduled, featuring more than 3,250 speakers and panel members. These discussions will focus on recognising the transformative impact of artificial intelligence across sectors and deliberating future actions to ensure AI benefits every global citizen.
